What We Know about the Omicron variant

CDC has been collaborating with global public health and industry partners to learn about Omicron, as we continue to monitor its course. We don’t yet know how easily it spreads, the severity of illness it causes, or how well available vaccines and medications work against it.

The Omicron variant likely will spread more easily than the original SARS-CoV-2 virus and how easily Omicron spreads compared to Delta remains unknown. CDC expects that anyone with Omicron infection can spread the virus to others, even if they are vaccinated or don’t have symptoms.

We have the Tools to Fight Omicron

Here’s how we are protecting you
during your visits to the clinic:

Sick visits are conducted in the parking lot in your car so only well patients come into the clinic.

Patients do not wait in the waiting area – they are brought directly to the back.

Cleaning is conducted several times a day and after each patient leaves a room.

Personal protection equipment is worn by our staff and providers when needed.

All visitors and staff (even the mailman) wear masks when they enter the clinic.

All patients are provided a mask if they don’t have one.

Everyone is asked to wash their hands or sanitize their hands upon arrival at the clinic.

Even the pens and doorknobs get cleansed!

If you have questions for your provider, you can send them directly via your patient portal, or call 720.485.3178.

We fully endorse the standards set by the Centers for Disease Control. Here are links to their COVID-19 information:
